I would definitely pay for SD in Aus. I would expect around US$30 or less

I have shepherd it used to work really well, but it isnt handling all the
new channels as well as it used to. And SD looks massively easier to
configure.

I am not knocking Shepherd, I just think SD will definately do a better job
and is integrated with Mythtv nicely

Bring it on.
