I'll try to give more detailed info: I'm using the latest trunk
revision, btw.

I configure mythtv with:

./configure --prefix=/usr --disable-xvmc --disable-xvmc-vld --enable-proc-opt --enable-audio-alsa --enable-dvb --dvb-path=/usr/local/src/s2-liplianin/linux/include --enable-opengl-vsync --disable-dbox2 --disable-hdhomerun --disable-joystick-menu --disable-ivtv --disable-firewire --enable-xv --enable-v4l --disable-ssse3 --enable-vdpau

One of the options appearing afterwards is:

VDPAU support yes

Making and installing that gave me no errors. None. But I'm still
getting the same error message.

Are there other packages that need to be installed? A modified ffmpeg or
libavcodec, or something like it?
Is it having problems using my drivers, which I installed from nvidia's
binary, not from a deb file?

Met vriendelijke groeten,

Jelle De Loecker
