I'm using a MyBlaster to control a DISH VIP722, which I still think of 
as "new", using code 775.

As you probably know, DISH receivers use the following codes:

0312, 0511, 1005, 0668, 0713, 0775, 0871, 1086, 0167, 0853

IIRC the MyBlaster had some sort of learning capability, though I have never 
used it.  I find some references to this mode with a quick Google, but no 
specific instructions, perhaps you might have better luck.
