Probably related to the recent switch to using the AVF decoder for most
formats. See http://cvs.mythtv.org/trac/changeset/19477
Not sure if Stuart M reads the users list might be worth creating a
ticket to bring the problem to his attention. You'll probably need to
provide a sample file so he can take a look at it.
