It happens to me once every few weeks.  Drives me nuts when it happens.

I am fairly unsure what is being said about that patch.  I also prefer
to wait for an official fix but I noticed a milestone as 0.22.  Does
that mean it will not hit the .21-fixes?

If I wanted to fix this, what would I do with this patch file 6162-v1.patch?
