KPN delivers 2Mbit streams for Digitenne and 4 Mbit for IPTV, Tele2
probably offers something with about same specs. IPTV looks quite a bit
better than digitenne(because of better source and better scaler, the
VIP1960 is connected with HDMI and digitenne with scart).
As far as I know nobody has been able to get the signal decoded on a box
other that the standard STB with IPTV from KPN, dunno bout Tele2.
