I am sure it isn't that hard but and I can figure it out but if
someone knows for sure the exact steps to do a rescan of the DTV
stations with multiple tuner cards, and or HDHR I think it would be a
good idea to post a detailed set of instructions.  Doing it a little
early will give Google a little time to index it so anyone wondering
how to do it can find the instructions.  I am sure everyone here knows
that some fraction of the stations will change frequency after the
transition so a rescan is going to be necessary for everyone who gets
signals OTA.  With all the talk about postponing the transition, and
one attempt failed today apparently, there has been very little public
education about the fact that stations are going to be changing their
frequencies and that everyone needs to rescan after the transition.

So, anyone feel expert enough and wants to put a detailed set of
instructions in writing?  Obviously I am talking about US stations.
