I got mythvodka running, but have a couple of issues:

1. The install instructions describe how to add the menu settings to
the appropriate XML files, but don't mention that this setup works
only in the "Default" menu theme. I normally use "DVR", and had to
switch back to default to get the menus to work.

2. When scanning Hulu, things went very wonky. I had read the warning
about it taking a long time, so after I noticed it was still going
after about 10 minutes, I used tcpdump to confirm that it was still
doing something, and then left it running all night.

This morning, I came back to see that the progress bar was still
showing 40% done, and the terminal window where my MFE log appears
listed hundreds of attempts to write to a file handle that was
already closed, MYTHMENU. The script had then apparently hung, and
hung MFE in the process. I had to kill MFE to get things back to
normal.

Beats me how the handle got closed. Looking at the script, that
shouldn't be possible. Perhaps it ran out of disk space? Where is the
file being written?
