Except the ones that use glycol, you don't want your coolant to freeze
if the rig is off and the temperature in the shack drops below freezing.

Many transmitters actually have micro-ammeters measuring the current
that can be passed through the coolant, and you replace it when that
value gets too high.

Water system also have to have anti-algae additives.

Chemically pure water hardly conducts at all.
