Please forgive me as I am new to this.  
Long story short.
I downloaded a huge file to my desktop, so big I ran out of room.  This caused the guide to go away and my recording to disappear.  I fixed it but ran into many difficulties along the way.  I have messed with mysql, backend settings, ect.
I THINK everything is okay now but for the life of me I cannot get mythweb to work.
I have purged it and reinstalled it.  But when I go to myipaddres/mythweb, it says 

The requested URL /mythweb/ was not found on this server.

Apache/2.2.8 (Ubuntu) PHP/5.2.4-2ubuntu5.4 with Suhosin-Patch Server at 192.168.2.3 Port 80

I know the ip is correct.  This use to work before the crash and now it does not.  Any help?
