[mythtv-users] xfce4 mythfrontend autostart

Our FE system runs ratpoison, so no clutter at all. Just a few moments of
blank screen while mythfrontend starts up.

I got closer to this by using fluxbox without any panel. I could still
get to all the programs and setting through a right click.

Recently I upgraded to F10 so I decided to see what LXDE was like.
It's a very responsive DE and I really like it so far.
