Consider contacting the networks that you lost and cmplaining about Camcast's 
action. These networks make money from advertising, and generally don't like 
it when people who want to watch them can't.

Sometimes the contracts between the network and the cable companies specify 
carriage as a "basic" channel, I'm not sure how clear QAM would be 
characterized (basic, premium or "tier"), but it can't hurt to complain.
