also just because a card is purevideo capable doesn't mean it is vdpau
compatible. purevideo splits functions between GPU and CPU depending
on the capability of the GPU. VDPAU is all done on the GPU, so some
cards that can do purevideo (by still leaving some functions up to the
CPU) will never do VDPAU.
