[mythtv-users] What is temporal spatial deinterlacing, and how do I get it?

The bitrate is much higher, it is > 2x the vertical resolution.-- 540
progressive lines vs. 480 interlaced lines -- and, as you noted, has
hugely higher horizontal resolution.  But yeah, picture quality is better,
but not night-and-day better, than the best DVDs on these older CRT sets.
