I have yet to obtain stable results from the Asus M3N78 class
motherboard which has the 8300 chipset onboard. I continually receive
prebuffering pause messages and can not get to the bottom of it and
have been pulling my hair out for over a month now.

I have just purchased an 8400gs card in the hope it may improve things.

You may have better luck...
