[mythtv-users] overscan problems with nvidia 8400 GS

In my searching around it seems to affect a large number of new cards
like the 8xxx and 9xxx cards. I read some complaints that it wasn't
available initially in the windows drivers, but I was talking to a
buddy the other night and he had it with a 9800 card in windows. So
maybe they have remedied it in the windows drivers.
