See that little white connector at the top-left of the card? That's
where you plug in the SPDIF cable from your soundcard/motherboard. If
you do that, the card will then send the audio stream over the HDMI
connection for you.

So, it doesn't have onboard sound (Like some ATI cards do), but it
does support audio over HDMI.
