I can see the difference from mine.

You can too.

Just look at the full email, not just what your client is showing you,
whatever it is. "View source" or something equivalent will help.

You will then notice that your message is in 2 parts.

The first one is plain text and has all the contributed content as you
intended it, without any styling.

The second one is HTML, with all your contributed content, as you
intended it, without (or close to) any styling.

So, what did just happen?

You have sent an email that doubles its size, with the actual
contributed content being only half of it.

For what? Hmmm... Very close to nothing.

This may sound like a case for styled HTML, if you are using HTML and
taking all that space, why not use it fully? IMO I rarely see styling
used properly, where it adds any value to the reader or understanding
help, at least in 98% of HTML styled emails. I will place your message
into that category, sorry.

So in the end you have sent an email that is nearly twice too big for
nothing, placing additional load on multiple servers, using extra
bandwidth on multiple links and taken more space on all the readers'
hard drives... for nothing.

This is only my point of view, and, of course, I believe that it is
quite sane and valid, YMMV.

Nico
