Yep, and they're wrong to do it.  I informed one of their packagers
about this recently.  Four of those options do *nothing* but break
compiles if they're not the right versions.  Once again, these are
*not* from myth's compile, but rather automatically brought in when
merging ffmpeg's configure with ours.  They're not unadvertised,
they're *not myth configure options*.  We can argue this further if
you like, but it will still be the truth.
