I agree and in addition I made a small change, about 20 watts, and
the recommendation went from 150 to 250.  I think it factors in what you can
buy and since  you cannot buy a 170 watt supply, they jump to the next one.
 The test if you fail a recommendation is to add the hardware  you propose
and see if it jumps you up or not.  That said, it may also be conservative.
 I am making no judgment there.
