Are you using Silverlight or the older player?
With the older player there was a 2 step trick:
1) Click your curson to the left of the episode name in the lower left
2) Then hit shift-B
That was the way NetFlix told me to get to the feature. When they
switched to Silverlight they told me there wasn't a similar feature.
I'd love to get it back.
Silverlight is a mess with dual screen. With the older player I could
make a movie full screen on one monitor and work on the other. With
Silverlight as soon as you click anywhere the player goes back to
windowed and the picture is of course much smaller.
