[mythtv-users] xorg high cpu usage in guide

I'm sure this has been dealt with many times but I'm having issues with 
it.  I've turned of vsync in the nvidia drivers but xorg still sometimes 
hogs the cpu when in the program guide.  I've also noticed sometimes 
when in the guide,  xorg cpu usage is normal but the remote control 
still operates very slowly,  I can hit say the 'up' button to view 
different listings but it takes a good 30sec for it to respond.  Running 
mythtv-0.21-189 on FC7 with nvidia 6200 and driver version 177.82.
