Well in this output it doesn't seem like you're specifying a  
frequencies table.  Which could be the problem...

I'm not quite sure as I have never used your card, and with mine  
running this command it just worked.  However, if I had to guess, it  
seems like a driver/firmware issue, because the card is not being  
utilized correctly.

My card (Pinnacle PCTV HD 800i) was relatively easy to setup, as all I  
had to do was install a firmware file.  This card looks slightly more  
complicated.  I would recommend going back over that wiki article with  
a fine tooth comb and seeing what you can come up with.
