Can only comment on the mac mini, though with the processor found in
the AppleTV you can forget playing any videos > 720p...

Had a 1.83GHz Core 2 Duo version that I upgraded to a 2.33GHz C2D with
2GB of RAM.

I *never* managed to get an image without tearing. Intel video drivers
do not support OpenGL properly, vline sync doesn't work (it becomes
unwatchable if you activate it)....

Due to the poor OpenGL support, none of the opengl rendering and
hardware accelerated deinterlacers work.

It could be a fantastic package, if the intel drivers were up to the
task ; but they aren't

Can't wait for an updated mini with the 9400 chipset... now that would
be perfect.
