I received my Silicon Dust HDHomerun from Newegg today. Short answer, it
was a rev2 chipset device.
The device ID starts out with 1016xxxxxxx
At this point, I realize that I had previously posted incorrect
information to the list.
It is not the first two digits (10) of the device ID that indicate
which chipset revision the unit is. In reality, the 3rd and 4th digits,
(16 in my example above) are what to look for. Any number 1013xxxxxxxx
or greater is the new rev 2 chipset. (1012xxxx or before is the rev1
chipset).
