Possibly depending on the electronics creating the two signals in your
video card and the electronics in your TV receiving the two signals
and how the TV process those signals.
You won't know until buying the cable and placing it in your system.
It probably won't be a huge difference but it could be noticeable
enough to you to warrant spending the money.
