All:

Starting a new thread at Fred's suggestion (and I'm sorry for missing
the earlier thread).

On the sound issue, it may be something as simple as the SqueezeCenter
server having the volume for the client set too low. Try pressing the
"]" key to increase the client volume, or log in to the SqueezeCenter
server through the web interface (http://[squeezecenterIP]:9000/) and
check the volume on the MythSqueezeBox client.

The sound for the MythSqueezeBox client is output through PCM audio,
so make sure that this is not muted (or turned down) on you frontend.

Beyond that, try starting your myth frontend in a terminal window and
see if there are any error messages that get displayed when you try to
play music through the plugin.

P.S. Ben, if you are still looking for whether or not this plugin
works on 0.20, the answer is "I'm not sure". It doesn't really rely
on any portion of the mythbackend other than the MySQL database (where
it stores some information). This is where you might have a problem
if the database schema is different between 0.20 and 0.21, but I
haven't tested it.
