Most likely, but since 0.22 just came out a month ago, it will be a while
before 0.23 is available.  This can help bridge that gap, especially for
those who don't run SVN.  I mainly made it for myself because I wanted the
functionality, but since I kept adding more and more features and tested it
heavily, I figured it would be wasteful to not share it.
