Off Topic.

If i want to check that a file is parsed on boot up could I add a line such as 
"touch test"?

 for example, if i want to check that 

/etc/modprobe.d/modprobe.conf containing

options dvb-usb-dib0700 force_lna_activation=1
options usbcore autosuspend=-1

is actually parsed on booting could I add touch test to the end of the file?
