I thought I did that but I guess not.  So, I just downloaded and 
installed it, and I see the following under /etc/apt/sources.list.d:

hdevine at hdevine-desktop:/etc/apt/sources.list.d$ more mythbuntu-repos.list
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/mythbuntu/repos/ubuntu karmic main
deb http://us.autobuilds.mythbuntu.org/mythbuntu/-fixes/ubuntu karmic main

Does that look right?
