It seems your install didn't go properly--the Terra theme (which is 
installed as part of mythtv) isn't properly installed (and, perhaps your 
whole mythtv share directory is broken).

Also, make sure you're using current 0.22-fixes pulled from SVN rather 
than a 0.22 tarball.
