Well, as a workaround, the filemarkup table stores the data referenced
by full file path, so if you change the the filename of the mkv file
it won't match whats in the DB, so it won't find anything. And
although I haven't tested, it's possible that running the video
manager thing that scans all your files and deleted the missing ones
from the DB...it's possible that it might clean up the filemarkup
table, too. Worth a shot, at least.
