Oh, and see also --max-delete.  You might want to set that to 1 if you
don't expect to generate more than one new backup for each rsync run.

(And if you're testing this whole thing in a cronjob, leave --dry-run
in place for its first run.  cronjobs run with different environments,
and you don't somehow want to test in one environment with --dry-run
and then possibly have it go nuts and delete everything when the
cronjob runs in its normal environment, which might differ from yours.)
