[mythtv-users] Key bindings for internal DVD player - "dvd root menu"

This should be really simple, but I haven't been able to find it. What 
is the key for "dvd root menu" on the internal DVD player of MythTV? I 
know most people seem to want to use an external player, but so far the 
internal player has done just fine for me - except a "dvd root menu" 
key. If anyone else has more compelling reasons for using an external 
player, I'd be interested in hearing those, too.

My goal here is an appliance-level box. No keyboard, just a remote. 
Therefore I'd like the controls to be as simple and appliance-like as 
possible - part of why I was sticking with the internal DVD player.
