[mythtv-users] Can you select a channel to view from the EPG?

Is there any way to make it so selecting the channel will just change
to that channel? Because I'm setting up my first MythTV system and
explaining to my wife that she has to push some random button on the
remote to select the channel is definitely going to get a series of
questions as to why that's the case.
