I'm using an AMD 4850e, another of their low power procs.
It plays HDTV without issue (1080i) and will play _most_ of the test h264
videos I've tried from http://www.h264info.com/clips.html though it has
been a while since I tried.

I haven't been using aticonfig but have instead used triel and error
to build up an xorg.conf that works for me.

The tv I'm using is a 1080p LCD and I am using audio over HDMI.
The tv only has two speakers, hence stereo.
The audio works fine, it has the occasional hickup when starting
or stopping playing (e.g. change channel) I have a workaround[0]
that is not ideal, but works.

I'm currently using the Catalyst 8.3 drivers which Ubuntu Hardy is
providing. I have not moved forward primarily because of the
necessary downtime.

Cheers,
Owen.
