[mythtv-users] Frontend playback speeds up if frontend loses focus

I have noticed that the playback on the frontend gets all choppy and
overspeed if the frontend doesn't have focus.  If I switch to another
KDE workspace, it happens for say, 5-10 seconds, and it will also happen
if another application takes focus.  I've also noticed it on a multi
monitor system, just by moving the cursor to the display not running
mythfrontend.  I wonder if there's a setting that can be tweaked about
this, or if this is a minor issue that could be logged as a bug.
