I wouldn't say it's normal, but for me it isn't the slightest bit
unexpected. I often have the myth scanner fail to find channels that
the hdhomerun_config scan finds. Or it thinks it is encrypted when
it's not. Or it finds the channel but without the proper number/name,
so I get something like "112#4" instead of "200 FOX". Then, of course,
sometimes the channels get picked up as 1008.200 (why the 1008. prefix
is there, I have no idea). It's not even consistant either. When I
first got my HDHR about a year and a half ago, doing a scan would pick
up all the numbers and callsigns properly. Deleting all channels and
rerunning with the same settings would then get me the 112#4 style
number. Repeating that process multiple times and it would once again
get the numbers and callsigns. Of course, all of that is only when it
doesn't crash on me, though most of the time if it does crash, it at
least waits until the very end (so all the channels have been mapped,
and I just need to restart mytytv-setup and finish setting up the
channels).

However, seeing it pick up 78-0 vs 78-4 is interesting. That's a new
one for me. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen it pick up one with
"-0", since the second number is (in my experience) just the
sequential index of the subchannel within the channel (or whatever the
proper terminology might be there), and those always seem to start
counting from 1.
