Non-xv profiles in mplayer do not crash. xv usage causes it.

I'm not comfortable yet with how to change Myth to use OpenGL but
possibly that will fix Myth in the short term if I Can't figure out
what is causing this xv problem.

BTW - I don't care if you top post or not. I just appreciate the help!
