[mythtv-users] mythfrontend setup drop down boxes blank

I have a wierd issue...

I'm using the Nvidia Restricted drivers, i've tried switching between
opengl and qt in mythfrontend, i've tried changing themes, i've tried
changing qt themes, i've made sure the ms fonts are installed.

I'm at a lost. Anyone have any suggestions?

BTW i'm using the stock ubuntu packages
