Mythweb does not use 'htaccess' files any longer.  There should be a 
generic httpd.conf file that came with mythweb for you to include from 
your base apache settings config.  Usually, prebuilt packages will come 
with a customized version of this file, such that it will be configured 
to work with where your distro places files and sets up apache.
