Don't make it sound so simple guys. ;-)

OK - here's what happened. When you scroll through the areas where you
set up new cards mythtv-setup highlights the fields and also gives
some text highlights about what each field is for. On my system
however mythtv-setup does *not* highlight the card type box. It
highlights every other box but not that one. The default was V4L and I
needed IVTV for the PVR cards. After 3 times through there, deleting
cards and starting over, reading each text highlight I finally noticed
this and set it to IVTV. Problem was that even when it's set to V4L it
says it sees a PVR-150 which sounds correct but obviously isn't.

Live TV is once again working. I set it up to record two programs at
4PM which have started recording and look OK so far. I'll let them
both finish out at 4:30 but it looks OK now.
