[mythtv-users] Overlap only if no conflict

Is it possible to set an overlap only if it does not cause conflict
preferably where 1. The program with the highest priority gets the
overlap (if set before and after)2. If both programs have the same
priority both overlaps are canceled. I am sure I was able to do this
before although I could be dreaming.
