They are both C2D processors -- the E5200 and the E7200. 

The E5200 has an 800MHz front-side bus; the E7200 is 1066MHz.
The E5200 is likely to be about 90-95% of the performance of the
E7200; overclockers seem to be doing better with the E7200.

Your Mileage May Vary. I don't think it will make a difference
for MythTV.
