380W is more than enough for a system like this. Unless of course the 
PSU is not rated honestly (but Seasonics are good quality and this 
should not be an issue) or defective (always possible).

Yes, the other poster is right about individual rails, but there is 
nothing taxing *any* of the rails in this system.
