While that'd be educational, I don't think it would work.  What services 
they privately subscribe to at home is probably not considered a public 
record.  FOIA only entitles you to records government employees create 
in the course of their jobs; it doesn't let you rummage around in their 
private lives, unless they're dumb enough to mingle the two.
