No. It's been discussed an awful lot. It's partially implemented for  
digital (DVB) tuners, but not for anything else. Someone mentioned  
HDHomeRun does support this but no support in mythtv for using it with  
those tuners, yet. More info here:

Also, with analog going away in the US soon and lots of MythTV devs  
living in the US, I can't imagine this would remain high on anyone's  
list of things to develop.
