I second that suggestion. I switched from Fedora Core 6 to CentOS 5 (now
5.2), because I did not want to be on the Fedora upgrade treadmill.
CentOS 5.2 + ATrpms works well with my PVR 250 cards and my MythTV
backend. I had a PVR 500 card in it as well for awhile and it was
supported as well.
