What do you mean by "latest SVN"?  If you mean trunk SVN, then I suppose 

that you knew you were updating to a version with a brand new ffmpeg 
sync that was bound to have problems (after all, anyone running trunk 
reads the -dev and -commits lists), so feel free to fix it or wait for 
someone else to fix it (and, yes, it's a known issue and Stanley is 
working on it).  Perhaps while you're waiting, you can re-read some of 
those -dev and -commits list messages.  :)

If you mean 0.21-fixes SVN, then I'm happy to help.
