To be honest, I'm surprised Apple released a trailer that low bitrate.  
The Quicktime h.264 encoder does not support CABAC, only CAVLC, which is 
considerably less complex.  Think of gzip versus bzip2.  CABAC tacks on 
an extra 30-40% CPU requirement, so expect maybe 4.5mbit at most.  
Better than I had expected.
